• My Concierge Service can connect you with many vendors, including repair persons, maintenance companies, painters, gardeners, cleaners, etc. We can accommodate just about any need 
  

• Refer professional appraisers, or offer a Letter of Opinion for determining current or past (date of death) values of property for the estate
  

• Provide extra copies of the full-color Market Analysis report for your family, advisors and/or legal counselors if needed. This report helps you to determine market value and market conditions should you need to sell the home
  

• Advise you with regard to disclosures and inspection issues, organize and arrange inspections, and I will sit down with you and assist you with the disclosure paperwork
